Can only zoom on the center of a figure on phone

### Description

When reading on a smartphone (iPhone), I like that touching a figure zooms on it, but I’d like to be able to pan around in the picture as well otherwise I can only zoom on the middle. Furthermore, when I want to spend time on a figure I’d like to "lock" the zoomed in view (no zoom back when I release my finger)
