wrong paper header

### Description

In my submission with `aa.cls` and a non-empty `\aa@idline` set by `\idline{...}`, a wrong header is displayed at the top of the document.I could do a partial fix by putting a correct header below inside `\iflatexml...\else\fi`, but the wrong one (including red commands) is still displayed.

In my header, I had: `\renewcommand*\aa@copyrightname{\copyright~The Authors}` and `\AANum{A218}` setting `\aa@numarticle`.
