aa.cls & lineno: \resetlinenumber \rightlinenumbers \begin{internallinenumbers}

### Description

The `lineno` package defines `\resetlinenumber`, which for html output should gobble it's argument, and `\rightlinenumbers`, which should be ignored. The same for the `internallinenumbers` environment.
As I can't access [`lineno.sty.ltxml`](https://corpora.mathweb.org/corpus/arxmliv/tex%5Fto%5Fhtml/info/loaded%5Ffile/lineno.sty.ltxml?all=false), and I use [`aa.cls`](https://www.aanda.org/doc_journal/instructions/macro/aa/macro-latex-aa.zip), which calls `lineno` internally through `linenoaa`, it is possible the problem is that `lineno.sty.ltxml` is not called.
