Figure and \cellcolor rendering

My Fig.2 image is a pdf with pdf_tex labels and in my table 2 and 3 the cellcolor command is printing out \cellcolor instead of working to colour the cells as required.

Open the paper URL in Chrome and inspect Figure 2 and Tables 2 and 3 to reproduce the reported output. Trace the rendering path for the PDF-with-pdf_tex figure and the LaTeX \cellcolor command; done means the figure labels render correctly and table cells are colored instead of showing the literal command.
