Incorrect Table Link in HTML Version

### Description

In the HTML version of this paper on Chrome - https://arxiv.org/html/2401.12070v3#S3
One of the links is not displayed correctly.
Seems to be a problem with this link "Table LABEL:ablation:other-scorers" should be "Table 3" and the link doesn't work

There is also a text box that is being displayed incorrectly. It only displays the first part of the text instead of the whole text box
