AASTeX 7 show email option renders poorly

### Description

In my LaTeX source using aastex701.cls each author has a corresponding \email command with option show to have LaTeX display the email address, e.g. "\email[show]{john.forbes@canterbury.ac.nz}". On the html page, this renders as a url that displays just "[" and links to "mailto:%5B" below each author, and the addresses themselves appear below the abstract as e.g. "show]john.forbes@canterbury.ac.nz"

Reproduce the rendering from the paper URL using aastex701.cls and the \email[show]{...} syntax described in the report. Inspect the generated HTML around each author and the abstract; done means the email option displays the address under the author and links to the complete mailto address rather than rendering "[" or placing "show]" below the abstract.
