I am using [x] format for the paper, rendered right in PDF but not in html

When I previewed using pdf, it was rendering well, but incase of html view it directly adds the bibtex key (id) in the '(fairchild2013)' format instead of adding a numbered ref and also the references section below is not rendered at allThank you for all that you do to make the academic literature accessible to all, we are so grateful for it
