Bibliography and figure fidelity

There is issues with the transcription of the bibliography with the html tool.

The minipage package also needs to be used without fixed values I guess ? Otherwise it does not transcript well ?

I believe the latex have to respect some good coding practice to translate well (that could be a nice documentation to add ? )
