AASTex 7: \email[show]{} not properly rendered

### Description

AASTex now requires all author emails, which are hidden by default (i.e., \email{X@Y.edu}) unless the "show" argument is passed (i.e., \email[show]{X@Y.edu}). The HTML version of the paper renders the email of those authors shown as "mailto:[" rather than "mailto:X@Y.edu". Authors whose emails are hidden in the PDF version are unaffected, however.
