\input is ignored

### Description

The main content of the paper is displayed in the pdf, but not in the html.Checking the source, I notice that everything that is missing is included using \input{}, so my best guess is that it is related to this.

- I have checked with Firefox and Chrome, and it is not included in the plain html source either.
- I will likely resubmit with the \input commands removed and see if that fixes the problem
- I can confirm that inlining the \input in the source file fixes the issue, as seen in submission `submit/6982703` (not yet published)
