Siunitx qty compatability

### Description

When I use a command `\MlRelativeCoverage` defined as `\newcommand{\MlRelativeCoverage}{\qty{63.903196906582814}{\percent}\xspace}`, the resulting HTML is `\qty63.903196906582814`.
I am expecting `63.9 %`, which is what the PDF shows.

The same issue occurs with `\qtyrange`.
