displays in my paper

### Description

In your html version of my paper, the contents of displays are turned
into long long vertical strings of words and symbols. This probably
has something to do with the fact that my way of inputting displays is

\begin{equation}\begin{minipage}[c]{35pc}\label{d.WHATEVER}
CONTENTS OF DISPLAY
\end{minipage}\end{equation}

I don't even remember how I came up with that format years ago;
but presumably, if your system interpreted the commands better,
the displays would look more like they should.

The required fields "Internal Issue ID", "Paper URL", etc. that we are not supposed to modify ended up blank, with marks "Field can not be empty", so I will trying filling them in with WYSIWYG and see if that helps.
