space around formulas

### Description

Your html version of my paper puts a great amount of space around formulas. This may be related to the fact that at the beginning of all my papers I have \setlength{\mathsurround}{.167em} , to put a tiny amount of extra space around formulas. If this is the cause of the problem, your tool for translating LaTeX to html may be interpreting ".167em" as some much larger length.

Open the paper URL and compare the rendered formula spacing with the source setting \setlength{\mathsurround}{.167em}. Trace how that length is represented in the HTML output and identify where the value becomes excessive. Done means formulas retain only the intended small amount of surrounding space.
