HTML rendering failed (theoremref.sty)

### Description

Expecting to view an arXiv-hosted paper, I encountered errors from TeX packages and advice for authors.
Secondary issue: I created this issue by clicking the "Report Issue for Selection" link after highlighting the text with the offending errors. That selected text does not appear to have been carried along with the redirect to GitHub.

Open the paper URL in Firefox and reproduce the theoremref.sty rendering errors. Then trace the “Report Issue for Selection” flow using highlighted text to determine whether the selected text is forwarded to GitHub.
