Overpic environment does not work in html view

### Description

The `overpic` environment does not compile in the html view, e.g.:
```
\begin{overpic}[width=390.25534pt]{delay-ex2-ver2.png} \put(12.0,-3.0){(a)} \put(36.0,-3.0){(b)} \put(60.0,-3.0){(c)} \put(84.0,-3.0){(d)} \end{overpic}
```
just displays the un-compiled code, rather than a figure with several labels overlayed.
