Errors in arXiv: html version

### Description

I recently uploaded on arXiv my paper submission to ApJL, using the new LaTeX style "aastex701.tex", and citations "aasjournalv7.bst". I meet two errors in html specifically:
- failed "CJK" import
- wrong citation formatting, e.g.:"Brodwin, M., Ruel, J., Ade, P. A. R., et al. 2010, \bibinfotitleSPT-CL J0546-5345: A Massive z¿1 Galaxy Cluster Selected Via the Sunyaev-Zel’dovich Effect with the South Pole Telescope, ApJ, 721, 90, doi: 10.1088/0004-637X/721/1/90"
