Figure 4 is cropped on iPhone XS Max

### Description

Figure 4 is unreadable (bottom part is just blank) due to it being cropped. Same with Fig 4 description. This only happens on iPhone (default Safari), not on the MacBook.

Edit: comparing to PDF, indents and such are also not correct. The HTML version has every line unindented whereas the PDF version indents properly.
