The command `\qty` from the `siunitx` is not properly displayed

### Description

As one can see in the HTML, the` \qty` command from the `siunitx` package is not properly interpreted, rather it gets displayed as text. This is an important issue because the command \qty is the new standard in the `siunitx` package and replaces the old `\SI command`.
