HTML version does not work well with amsrefs package

### Description

At least for this paper (that uses amsrefs), there are two issues.
1. The \cite{ref}*{further info} command defined by the amsrefs package is not rendered correctly (it appears as "[Sto1998b]*{Lemma 3.3}" instead of as "[Sto98, Lemma 3.3]").
2. The reference does not appear under the heading "References" at the end of the text.
