In-text citations not properly shown

### Description

Hello, I am the author of the paper "Techno-economic analysis of decarbonized backup power systems using scenario-based stochastic optimization".

I remarked that the in-text citations are not properly shown. Instead of showing numbers [1], [2],.., the HTML document shows the internal names of the in-text citations (in blue and underlined). Would it be possible to fix this?
