Option to collapse citations

## Description

In the HTML view, because the citations are all properly scoped to a `` tag, it would help to have a button to "collapse" these for readability. Alternatively if they could be formatted a little differently so it's easier to read past them unless I need to click through for more. As currently formatted I find they really interrupt the flow of reading the sentences.
