Issue with object display in appendix (tcolorbox.sty)

Issue discovered while in an apparent dark mode of the HTML version of the paper.

In Appendix A3 there is an issue with displaying some objects (it is unclear what they are supposed to be, maybe images or some sort of quotes). White rectangles are displayed in between text, with some black text that is displaced and overlapping with white paper text.
