Removing the comments

### Description

I am the author of the paper: https://arxiv.org/html/2412.09617v1. We discovered that some internal comments in our LaTeX source are visible in the HTML version on arXiv, even though they do not appear in the compiled PDF. After updating the LaTeX file to remove these comments, the HTML version still hasn’t been updated.
