Double quotation marks in Code

### Description

G = Whitney[PolyhedronData["ArchimedeanDual", "Skeleton"][[11]]];would on the HTML ArXiv version produce different type of double quotation marks which do not work in Mathematica. Otherwise, the code part works remarkably well in the HTML version.
