### Description

The HTML version has some problems:
1) supplementary information is missing
2) there are latex commands which are not compiled and appear as in the latex file:
-{affiliation}
-\threesubsection
3) there are labels referring to figures in the supplementary information (Figure S#) that should not appear. In my Latex file they are just used to call and refer to figures in the supplementary information with an order indipendent from main text figures.
