markup visible with changes package

Using \replaced[id=xy]{new}{old} or \deleted[id=xy]{old} or \added[id=xy]{new} doesn't work here. The commands are still visible in the HTML, e.g. as \replaced[id=xy]new.This is likely caused by the changes-package in Latex.
