Orcidlink Display and Affiliation Error

I used package orcidlink to display orcid, but it seems it doesn't work. (P1)
The affiliation display is defined by the Editorial Manager Template, but it doesn't display well here. (P2)
The footnote is also misdisplayed. (P3)
