Description
### Description
- thanks for all the work devs!
- unicode flying in every direction. bit versus bit: Fig 2 is overwritten with its own legend, Fig 3 is many thousands of lines long, but is not rendered at all. Text after Fig 2 is shunted to side of column; this gap seems affected by browser window size/resizing.
- All of the formatting is incorrect for standard taxonomic nomenclature (i.e italicise, upper case genus, lower case species, e.g. _Homo sapiens_.)
- Distribution of genomes used is bizzare: multiple macro vertebrates, 2 protozoans, but no plants or viruses. If there are strong experimental reasonings behind these selections it would be of great interest and relevance to those building on your work, but if they are randomly selected, then why not use (e.g.) the first ~150 model organism genomes published, correcting for scientific bias/focus? No plants/viri seems restrictive, and fungal genomes are a particularly delirious nightmare. Fingers crossed that these issues bring you no grief.

Research direction
Open the paper URL in Chrome and reproduce the reported rendering problems around Fig. 2, Fig. 3, wrapped figures, Unicode, and taxonomic names while resizing the browser window. The issue provides no repository files or tests, so first identify which rendering entry point handles the affected paper; done means the figures, surrounding text, Unicode, and nomenclature render as intended.
