Formatting of displays

### Description

Perhaps the weird tall-narrow form that the html version gives to my numbered displays is the result of one of the problems "failed: epic" "failed: needspace" that you show at the top of the html page, but since I have no way of knowing, I will point it out. Just page down the output and they will be very obvious. E.g., for some extreme cases see displays (1.3), (1.8), (2.2). Also: symbol that should be "bd-dim" appears as "bd -- dim".
