The first line of main Equation (4) is incorrectly split in two lines in the HTML version (but it is correctly displayed in the PDF). The font size of the bottom reaction rate $\nu_{-}$ of main Equation (6) is too big in the HTML version (but it is correctly displayed in the PDF). The font size of the bottom reaction rate $\nu_{ }$ of the second formula in Supplementary Section S1.2 is too big in the HTML version (but it is correctly displayed in the PDF).
