Links to Appendices of paper are missing in sidebar

Papers with an extensive set of Appendices after the "References" section. Sometimes a crucial link to those appendices is not appearing in the sidebar. Thus most Users might overlook important sections of some papers. Example The current sidebar of HTML version of this paper: "The Prompt Report: A Systematic Survey of Prompting Techniques", https://arxiv.org/html/2406.06608v5 - See html rendering of this below.
