This submission is a combination of two LaTex files, Main_Text.tex and Supplemental_Materials.tex. The arXiv LaTex compiler correctly compiles both files and appends the two .pdf files together into a single .pdf file which is displayed to the user. However the HTML version only shows the second of the two files (Supplemental Materials) and the main text is missing.
