A few UI improvements

* license header overlays the top banner
* equation 13 is not wrapped and therefore yields a parasite horizontal scroll
* figure 1 is broken (at the very least, no colours)

Open the paper URL in Chrome on Android and inspect the rendered license header, equation 13, and figure 1. Done means the header no longer overlays the banner, equation 13 does not create horizontal scrolling, and figure 1 displays its colours correctly.
