The asterisk add by the `\thanks` command in author list do not appear in the html version.

### Description

Some paper templates provide a `\thanks` command to make annotation to one of the authors, and this command will add an asterisk after the annotated author, something like `Author 2\thanks{Indicates equal contribution}` will look like `Author 2*` and there's another line under the authors shows `* Indicates equal contribution`, however in the HTML version, the asterisk add by `\thanks` command doesn't show up.
