HTML proof only shows a (very badly reproduced) figure

HTML proof only shows a (very badly reproduced) figure instead of the whole paper. The PDF compiler worked fine though. It seems the whole text / paper template disappeared and instead there is just a reproduction of one of the figures with fairly problematic formatting.
