authors' list and affiliations (sn-jnl.cls)

### Description

There are issues with authors' list and affiliations. Some of the HTML commands are not recognized by the browser and printed on the screen, i.e., \state, \postcode, \fnm, \sur, etc. Therefore, the formatting of these two parts is broken. Noticed in Firefox.
