Figure, table and bibtex issue

### Description

Hello,I didn't provide the HTML format, and the experimental HTML Arxiv has created is having issues. Although ACM was able to create an HTML version properly, Arxiv is having issues. If you need the HTML ones, I can provide them, but I don't see any field for providing them. Also, there's no bibtex showing for referencing the work. If you could have a look into this matter, that would be really helpful.Thank you
