Institutions appear to apply to incorrect author

### Description

The HTML renders as if there is no institutional assignment to "Jesse Wright" or "Beatriz Esteves" whilst "Rui Zhao" is incorrectly assigned to all institutions.

Note this was the issue I was trying to submit when https://github.com/arXiv/html_feedback/issues/1982 came up.
