Whole citation in link anchor text (Improve article : 2307.11025v1)

## Describe the issue

**Description**: Currently, links to references have only the year as anchor text, i.e.

```

I would suggest making the whole citation linkable, as performing tasks such as showing all the citations on the page or navigating by link will be more meaningful.
