Conversion fails without pgfcalendar.sty support

### Description

I uploaded a zip file to arxiv containing both a `main.tex` and an older `ICMLmain.tex` (an older version of the paper meant to be submitted at a different venue than I actually submitted to in the end).

While arXiv's pdf renderer uses `main.tex` to render the pdf, the html renderer instead chose `ICMLmain.tex`, producing an almost entirely different file from the PDF.

Obviously I should have just removed the old `ICMLmain.tex` file, but it would be nice if the html renderer chose the same `.tex` file as the html renderer.

Reproduce with a zip containing different main.tex and ICMLmain.tex files, then inspect the HTML renderer's source-file selection entry point and compare it with the PDF renderer's choice. Done means both renderers consistently select the same TeX entry file, with the reproduction producing matching source content.
