Hi,
it would be nice if this Repo also provided an OCI Artifact under :latest similar to the VulnDB Artifact instead of :1
Logic could pretty much be copied from
https://github.com/aquasecurity/trivy-db/blob/main/.github/workflows/cron.yml
Posting as Issue to get some Input first before i spend time drafting up a pull request
