Description
As told in the [README](https://github.com/aquasecurity/trivy-java-db#readme) the database was from https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2. But I notice that some artifacts were missing in the database, e.g. [csv-validator](https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/uk/gov/nationalarchives/csv-validator/) in uk.gov.nationalarchives. Will you please check this out? @knqyf263
