Test_TraceeCapture should be refactored or moved to e2e

## Description

Currently, `Test_TraceeCapture` demands building tracee binary to test capture features. However it extrapolates the integration tests concerns.

Perhaps it would be better to have it tested as an e2e.

Start by locating Test_TraceeCapture and reviewing how the integration tests build the tracee binary for capture features. Compare that setup with the e2e test structure; done means the capture coverage is placed in the appropriate test layer without the current integration-test build requirement.
