Missing capture write of ELF files documentation

We need to add to the documentation that it is possible to also capture write or read of ELF files as a type filter.

Locate the documentation section that describes type filters and review how file read and write capture options are presented. Document that ELF files can also be captured for read or write operations, and verify that the resulting wording clearly covers both filters.
