Unable to configure plugins at cloudsploit 2.0

At version 2.0 i'm unable to configure default settings at plugins like https://github.com/aquasecurity/cloudsploit/blob/92528d78aaeddda82038936baa6b4f41cd2e5346/plugins/aws/ec2/instanceIamRole.js#L17.
The settings variable has changed in
https://github.com/aquasecurity/cloudsploit/blob/master/index.js#L68. Is there any other way to configure the plugins settings ?
