🚀 Feature: Add a Starter AppExpress Template

Add a starter template for [AppExpress](https://github.com/itznotabug/appexpress).

### 🎤 Pitch

As `AppExpress` was highlighted by Appwrite [here](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_YMw268j2IU) team a while ago, I think it will be good to add it as a Starter Template with basic routes and middleware examples for folks who have used `Express.js`. Advanced template could include a bunch of routes, view engine, middleware, etc.
