🐛 Bug Report: The package.json is not up to date

Follow the normal installation guide

The packages and the next version should be up to date

### 👎 Actual Behavior

When all the packages are up to date, the user doesn't have any issue learning with the starter guide or even starting a brand new project with it too

Inspect package.json alongside the normal installation guide and starter guide to identify outdated packages and the expected Next.js version. Update the dependency metadata, then verify that installation completes and that both the learning guide and a new project start without issues.
