🚀 Enhancement: xdg spec

supporting the xdg spec for the ~/.appwrite dir
maybe in $XDG_CONFIG_HOME
fallback to .appwrite if it already exist or if xdg_config_home is not set or doesn't exist

Simple feature to implement, and greatly declutter the home dir.
Also, having the cookies a little more hidden than the home dir is a little better
