Appwrite moved from @appwrite_io to @appwrite on twitter, but the README still points to the old account.

When creating an issue on this repository, there's a question about having read the CoC. It links to https://github.com/appwrite/appwrite/blob/HEAD/CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md which is a 404, the CoC is at https://github.com/appwrite/appwrite/tree/main?tab=coc-ov-file#readme .
