🐛 Bug Report: Send Message Modal Not Dismissed

### 👟 Reproduction steps

1. Create a draft Push Notification message WITHOUT attaching any Targets or Topics
2. Go back to the messages list & Select the message
3. Click `Send Message`
4. Click `Send` on the confirmation modal
5. Error is shown in the blurred view behind while the modal is shown on the screen

Dismiss modal and show error

Modal not dismissed and the error is shown in the blurred background.
